Shop Policies

Welcome to “Handmade by Oksana” store, a place where you can find a variety of kanzashi and foam hair accessories for you and your babies, crochet decorative items, baby and toddler clothes, beadwork paintings and icons. I accept custom orders, so please contact me if you have any special requests and/or questions.

Returns & exchanges

Returns are accepted (except for kanzashi style hair accessories).

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

You have 14 days from item delivery to ship this item back to the seller.

Payment

I receive credit card payments via Stripe. A payment in full is expected in order to ship the items.

Shipping

“Handmade by Oksana” store encourages you to check your shipping address to make sure it is correct.

I will ship your items in boxes to prevent damages. Items will be shipped via international post service and send out within 3 – 5 working days after your payment has cleared. Custom orders may take a little bit longer. Shipping times vary depending on your geographical position, so I cannot guarantee a delivery date! When it will be possible, I will provide the tracking number of your parcel.

International shipping may incur additional duties and taxes, which will be at your expense.

Additional policies

Kanzashi  hair clips are made of small pieces of fabric, for materials in gradient color or with printed pattern, every single piece of fabric is unique, thus the finished product may vary from the pictures shown.

Color may differ slightly due to photography lighting.

Measurements are for reference, there may be slight differences. All products must not be washed and must be kept away from water and any high-humidity environment.

Some of my products (like hair clips) contain small parts, so children should always be supervised while wearing any accessories.
