Seller’s Cancellation Policy

Sellers may cancel their membership and discontinue selling on the platform at any time by submitting a cancellation request via their account dashboard or by contacting customer support.

Cancellation Terms:

  1. Immediate Account Deactivation:
    • Upon cancellation, the seller’s store will be deactivated, and all listings will be removed from the marketplace.
    • No new purchases can be made from the store after deactivation.
  2. Order Fulfillment:
    • Sellers must ensure that all pending digital orders have been delivered before canceling their account.
    • Any unresolved disputes related to previous transactions must be addressed before cancellation is finalized.
  3. Final Payouts:
    • Any remaining balance in the seller’s account will be processed according to the platform’s payout schedule.
    • The minimum withdrawal threshold still applies.
  4. Subscription & Fees:
    • If the seller is on a paid subscription plan, the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
    • No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.
    • Sellers on commission-based plans will be charged for any pending transactions completed before cancellation.
  5. Reactivation & Future Selling:
    • A seller may reapply to sell on the platform in the future, but approval is subject to review.
    • Any previous violations of platform policies may impact reactivation eligibility.
