Seller’s cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY – PHYSICAL (NON-DIGITAL) GOODS
Consumers have the right to opt-out under the following provisions, according to which a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us by e-mail: support@diymarkt.com ) with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
In order to meet the cancellation deadline, all you have to do is send a message about your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the recall
If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (excluding the additional costs associated with you choosing a different type of shipping than the cheapest standard shipping we offer is), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date we received notice of your termination of this agreement. For this refund, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this redemption. We may refuse a refund until we receive the item back or until you provide proof that you returned the item, whichever comes first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the fourteen-day period has elapsed.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods as a result of processing, other than that which is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early if we have commenced performance of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we shall commence performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed to us that you are aware that by giving your consent at the outset performance of the contract, you lose the right of withdrawal.
NOTE
Each seller is free to specify his own cancellation policy for his online store and for individual product categories.
If the seller specified a cancellation policy on the page of his store, then his conditions take precedence over the cancellation terms of the website.
If the cancellation policy is not specified on the shop page, then the website terms are used.
