Media Management: Store Image Library

The Media section allows you to manage all image files uploaded for your store’s products. Here’s how to use it:

Features and Functions

1. View and Manage Uploaded Images
   • Browse through a list of uploaded images with thumbnails for easy identification.
   • Check which products the images are attached to.
2. Full-Size Image Preview
   • Click on the eye icon to view the image in full size.
3. Delete Images
   • Remove unnecessary images from your library.
   • If an image is no longer associated with a product, you can delete it individually or in bulk.
4. Bulk Delete
   • Select multiple images by marking the checkboxes next to them.
   • Click the Bulk Delete button to remove all selected images at once.

Image Upload Guidelines

1. Recommended Dimensions:
   • To ensure your product images look professional and remain sharp when zoomed in, the recommended size is at least 1500 px on the longest side.
2. Uniformity in Image Size:
   • All product images should have the same dimensions. Consistent image sizes create a visually appealing photo gallery and avoid alignment issues.
3. Optimal File Size:
   • For faster page loading and better user experience, we recommend keeping each image file size below 700 KB.
   • Use image optimization tools (e.g., TinyPNG or Squoosh) to reduce file size without compromising quality.
4. Supported Formats:
   You can upload images in the following formats:
   • JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg)
   • PNG (.png)
   • WebP (.webp)
   • GIF (.gif)
   • BMP (.bmp)
   • TIFF (.tiff)
5. Images per Product:
   • You can upload a maximum of 10 images per product.
