Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final for digital content such as PDFs, craft patterns, ebooks, and other downloadable items. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once the product has been downloaded, as it cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, refunds may be provided in the following cases:
- Defective digital product: If the file is corrupted or does not open, please contact the seller within 7 days of purchase. They will provide a new copy or issue a refund.
- Incorrect item: If you received a different product than ordered (e.g., wrong pattern or file), please contact the seller within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
