Yarn Estimation (Simple & Clear)

There are two easy ways to estimate yarn for this project.

Option 1 — Using a small swatch (most accurate)

• Crochet a 20 × 20 stitch mosaic swatch.
• Weigh how many grams of Color A and Color B you used.
• Сompare the number of stitches in your swatch to the full chart.
• Multiply your swatch yarn usage by how many times the full blanket is larger.

Example:
If your swatch has 400 stitches and the full chart has 145,915 stitches, the blanket is about 365 times larger,
so multiply your swatch yarn usage by 365.

Important:
Always round up to the next whole number.

Option 2 — By chart sections
