Rugs: Rugs are shipped within 5 business days, as an anti-slip silicone backing is applied and requires extended drying time.
Digital products (downloadable files): Available for immediate download after purchase.
Video tutorials: Downloadable materials can be accessed immediately upon purchase. Access to video content is provided separately via email and hosted on the diyeduc.com platform.
Refund Policy
Processing Refunds:
If the returned item meets the eligibility criteria, the refund will be approved.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days from the date of approval.

Physical products: Orders can be canceled only before the item has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Digital products (downloadable files and video tutorials): Due to the nature of digital content, cancellations and refunds are not available.
Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the package.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
