Payments Section: Payouts, Withdrawals, and Payment Overview
The Payments section in your seller dashboard allows you to manage and review your store’s payment transactions. Here’s how to use it effectively:
1. Viewing Payment Details
- Access a comprehensive list of all payment transactions related to your store.
- Each transaction includes details such as the date, amount, store earnings, and charges.
2. Downloading or Printing the Payment List
- To keep a record of your payments, you can:
- Print the payment list directly from this section.
- Download the list in one of the following formats:
- Excel
- CSV
3. Requesting Withdrawals
In the “Payments” section, you can request withdrawals for payouts via both PayPal and Stripe.
Follow these steps to submit your request:
- Click the Withdrawal button located in the top-right corner of the “Payments” section.
- In the pop-up window, select the transactions you wish to withdraw.
- Click the Request button in the bottom-right corner to submit your request.
When requesting a withdrawal, funds will be transferred to the payment method you have set up for your store (PayPal or Stripe).
Note:
- Withdrawal is made 30 days after the order date (order maturity period).
- No minimum withdrawal amount is required.
- Withdrawal charges may vary depending on the payment provider’s own policies.
- Ensure your PayPal Business Account or Stripe details are correctly set up in your profile to avoid delays.
PayPal Payment schedule:
- If you use PayPal to receive payments from the platform, please ensure that you have a business account (payouts are not possible to a personal account).
- Automatic payouts are processed on the 1st day of each month, covering all transactions that have passed the 30-day maturity period.
- There is no minimum withdrawal amount.
4. Stripe Payment Schedule:
For sellers using Stripe Connect, payouts operate differently depending on the payment method used by your customers:
- Automatic Payouts:
- Purchases made with credit cards, debit cards, Google Pay, or Apple Pay are automatically transferred to your Stripe account immediately after the transaction.
- PayPal Payments:
- If a customer pays via PayPal, these funds are processed separately by PayPal with its standard commission rates. Payments made via PayPal will NOT be immediately credited to your Stripe account.
- Automatic payouts of PayPal funds to your Stripe account are processed on a monthly basis, on the 1st of each month.
