Ledger Book
The Ledger Book section provides an overview of your store’s financial transactions, helping you keep track of your earnings, withdrawals, and refunds. It also allows filtering orders based on their status.
Key Features:
- Total Earnings: This shows the total amount you have earned from all sales.
- Total Withdrawals: This shows the total amount you have withdrawn from your account.
- Total Refunds: This shows the total amount refunded to customers.
Order Status Filters:
You can filter transactions based on the status of the orders. Use the dropdown to select the order type you want to view:
- Show All: Displays all transactions, regardless of their status.
- Completed: Shows orders that have been successfully completed.
- Pending: Displays orders that are yet to be processed or completed.
- Refunded: Shows orders where refunds have been issued.
- Cancelled: Displays orders that have been cancelled.
How to Use:
- Navigate to the Ledger Book section in the WCFM dashboard.
- Review the Total Earnings, Total Withdrawals, and Total Refunds to get an overview of your financial transactions.
- Use the Order Status Filters to narrow down the transactions based on the order status you are interested in.
- You can view detailed information for each transaction by clicking on the individual order records.
This section is a useful tool for tracking the financial health of your store and ensuring you have accurate records of your sales and withdrawals.
