Understanding Payment Statuses in Orders section

In the “Orders” section, you’ll find the Admin fees column. Here’s what the different statuses mean:

  1. Paid (green):
If you see “Paid” in green under the admin fee, it means the payment for this order has been successfully sent to you.
  2. Unpaid (red):
If “Unpaid” is shown in red, it means the payment hasn’t been made yet. The status will change to “Paid” once you request a withdrawal and the money is sent to your PayPal or Stripe account.
  3. Cancelled (yellow):
If “Cancelled” appears in yellow, it means there was an issue with your PayPal details. You might have entered a personal PayPal account instead of a business account or provided an incorrect address.

In this case, the withdrawal was rejected. Before you submit a new withdrawal request, make sure your PayPal details are correct, including the email address and that your account is set to “business”.
