Reports Section
The Reports section allows you to monitor and analyze your sales performance and inventory status. Follow these steps to use it effectively:
1. Access the Reports Section
- Log in to your WCFM dashboard.
- Navigate to the Reports section.
2. Filter Sales Data
You can filter sales data using the following options:
- Sales by Date: View sales for a specific date range.
- Sales by Product: View sales data for individual products.
- Low in Stock: See products that are running low on stock.
- Out of Stock: View products that are completely out of stock.
3. Choose a Time Period
To view sales reports, select the desired time range from the options available:
- Year: Sales data for the current year.
- Last Month: Sales data for the previous month.
- This Month: Sales data for the current month.
- Last 7 Days: Sales data for the past 7 days.
- Custom Date Range: Choose specific start and end dates for a custom report.
4. Print Reports
Once you’ve selected the filters and time range:
- Review the report displayed on the screen.
- Click on the Print button to print the report.
By using these features, you can track your sales performance and manage your inventory efficiently.
