Seller Profile Manager

Accessing Your Profile:
To open the Seller Profile Manager, click the user icon in the top-right corner of your seller dashboard.

Purpose:

The Seller Profile Manager allows you to manage your personal information and customize your seller profile.

Sections:

• Personal:
  Upload a profile avatar (visible to buyers in private messages). You must provide your first and last name—failure to do so may result in your store being suspended by the site administrator. In this section, you can also:
  • Add your phone number
  • Change your account password
  • Switch the dashboard language
  • Share details about yourself, your products, and your store (“About” section)
  • Upload photos and videos showcasing your work (“About” section)
• Address:
  Enter your store address here.
• Social:
  Add links to your social media profiles. Social media buttons will appear in your store header, making it easy for buyers to visit your pages directly.
• Membership:
  View details about your current membership plan. To change or upgrade your plan, click the Change or Upgrade Your Membership Plan link.

By utilizing these tools, you can efficiently manage your profile, stay organized, and enhance the shopping experience for your customers.
