Settings Guide

1. STORE

This section allows you to configure your store’s general settings, branding, and visibility.

General Settings

  • Enter your store name, address, and contact details.

Store Brand Setup

  • Upload a store logo and banner to establish your brand identity.
  • Store Description: Write about yourself as the seller and the products you offer. This section helps personalize your store and connect with customers.

Store Visibility Setup

  • Set the number of Products per page to display in your store.
  • Choose whether to hide or display:
    • The “About” (Store description) section.
    • The “Policy” section from your store.

2. PAYMENT

In this section, you can connect your preferred payment methods to receive payouts.

  • Link your PayPal, Stripe, or other supported payment gateways.
  • Ensure all required fields (email, account details, etc.) are correctly filled. Only verified business accounts can be connected. A personal PayPal account cannot receive payments from the platform.
  • Test the connection to confirm the payment method works.

3. SHIPPING

⚠️ Important: This section is desabled for digital membership plans, as the website currently focuses on digital downloadable products. Physical products are only available in two test stores.

4. SEO

Optimize your store for search engines and social media platforms.

General Setup

  • Fill out the SEO fields (meta title, meta description, meta keywords).
  • These details help improve your store’s visibility in search engine results.
  • Recommended: Complete this section for better search ranking.

Facebook Setup and Twitter Setup

  • Add optional SEO settings specific to Facebook and Twitter.
  • These fields enhance how your store appears when shared on social media.

5. STORE POLICIES

Define and display your store’s policies for customers.

  • Add policies for Refund, Return, and Cancellation.
  • Ensure these policies are clear and customer-friendly.
  • These will appear on your store page, reassuring customers about their purchases.

6. STORE INVOICE

Customize your store’s invoice to reflect your branding and requirements.

  • Invoice No. Prefix: Add a custom prefix to your invoice numbers (e.g., “INV-“).
  • Invoice No. Suffix: Add a custom suffix to invoice numbers if needed.
  • Invoice No. Digit: Set the number of digits in your invoice numbers (e.g., 5 for “00001”).
  • Disclaimer: Include a custom disclaimer or terms in your invoice.
  • Digital Signature: Upload your signature for a professional look.

7. VACATION MODE

Manage your store’s availability using Vacation Mode.

⚠️ Note: If your store only sells digital downloadable products, enabling Vacation Mode is unnecessary. Digital products are automatically delivered to customers without the need for manual intervention by the seller.

  • Enable Vacation Mode: Activate this option if you plan to temporarily close your store.
  • Disable Purchase During Vacation: Prevent customers from making purchases while your store is closed.
  • Vacation Type:
    • Instantly Close: Shut down the store immediately.
    • Date-wise Close: Set specific start and end dates for your vacation.
  • Vacation Message: Display a custom message to inform customers about your unavailability.
