Reviews Section

When a new review is submitted, you will immediately receive a notification in your seller dashboard. The notification will only display the customer’s nickname who left the review.

To view the full review, go to the front-end of your store and click on the Reviews menu.

Where to Find Reviews

The Reviews page contains all customer reviews for your store.

• New reviews always appear at the top of the page.
• Each review includes:
  • Customer’s nickname
  • Star rating
  • Review text
  • Review date
  • Active link to the product page

To see which product a review refers to, click on the product name link below the review. This will take you directly to the product page, where you can respond publicly if needed.
