Orders Section: Managing Your Sales
The Orders section is your hub for viewing and managing all purchase details in your shop. This guide covers its features, fee breakdowns, and the advantages of using Stripe Connect over PayPal for payment processing.
Features of the Orders Section
- Order Details
- Review customer purchases, including the product, country of origin, gross sales, admin fee, and purchase date.
- For digital products, no shipping address is required since the files are delivered electronically.
- Icons for Quick Actions
- Eye Icon: View full order details.
- Euro Icon (€): Open the commission invoice to see fee breakdowns, including VAT.
- Special Options for Physical Products
- Download Packing Slip: Generate a packing slip for shipment.
- Refund Request: Available only upon customer request, as refunds cannot be initiated by sellers. Note that digital products are non-refundable.
- Filtering Options
- Filter orders by date or product for easy organization.
- Order Status Tracking
- Track statuses such as:
- Pending: Awaiting payment.
- Processing: Payment received, order in progress.
- On Hold: Issues with payment or order.
- Completed: Order fulfilled (digital downloads are marked as completed immediately upon payment).
- Refunded: Payment returned to the buyer.
- Draft: Saved but not completed.
- Shipped: For physical products only.

- Orders can be exported as PDF, Excel, or CSV files or printed for record-keeping.
