1. Notification Board (Bell Icon)

  • Purpose: Displays notifications about your store’s activity.
  • Features:
    • The number in the red circle above the icon indicates the count of unread notifications.
    • Click the icon to open the notification list.
    • Notifications include updates such as new purchases, new followers, customer reviews, low stock alerts, and more.
    • You can mark notifications as “read” or delete them to keep the board organized.

2. Inquiry Board (Question Mark Icon)

  • Purpose: Provides access to customer inquiries submitted through the contact form in your online store.
  • Features:
    • These inquiries often include questions about your products before a purchase.
    • Responses are required to address customer concerns promptly.

3. Announcements (Megaphone Icon)

  • Purpose: Displays announcements from the site admin regarding updates, new features, or seller surveys.
  • Features:
    • Some announcements may include questions or feedback requests where you can respond.
    • General notifications do not require action.

4. Knowledgebase (Book Icon)

  • Purpose: Serves as a guide to help you use the seller dashboard efficiently.
  • Features:
    • Contains tutorials and detailed information about dashboard functionality.
    • Includes training materials for new features added to the platform over time.

5. Seller Profile (Person Icon)

Purpose: Allows you to manage your personal information and customize your seller profile.

Sections:

  • Personal: Upload your profile avatar (visible to buyers in private messages). You are required to provide your first and last name. The site administrator may suspend your store if this information is missing. In this section, you can also add your phone number, change your account password, and switch the dashboard language. Additionally, you can provide details about yourself, your products, and your store, as well as upload photos and videos showcasing your work.
  • Address: Enter your store address here. If you are a sole proprietor selling from home, providing an address is optional.
  • Social: Add links to your social media profiles. Social media buttons will be displayed in your store header, allowing buyers to visit your pages directly.
  • Membership: This section displays details about your current membership plan. You can also change your plan by clicking the Change or Upgrade your current membership plan link.
