How to Contact the Admin
There are two ways to send a message to the site support team:
1. Using the Notification Bell (Top Panel in the Seller Dashboard):
- Click the bell icon in the top panel of your seller dashboard.
- Below the list of notifications, you will find the “Send Direct Message – To Store Admin” field.
- Here, you can write a text message, attach media files or links, and send the message directly to the site admin.
2. Using the Messages Section:
- In the Messages section of your dashboard, click “Start a new conversation.”
- In the “Start a new conversation to:” field, type “diymarkt” or “store.”
- The search will show you a result with the recipient name “Store” and the site’s logo. Select this recipient.
- Then, you can compose your message and send it directly to the site admin.
