How to Contact the Admin

There are two ways to send a message to the site support team:

1. Using the Notification Bell (Top Panel in the Seller Dashboard):

  • Click the bell icon in the top panel of your seller dashboard.
  • Below the list of notifications, you will find the “Send Direct Message – To Store Admin” field.
  • Here, you can write a text message, attach media files or links, and send the message directly to the site admin.

2. Using the Messages Section:

  • In the Messages section of your dashboard, click “Start a new conversation.”
  • In the “Start a new conversation to:” field, type “diymarkt” or “store.”
  • The search will show you a result with the recipient name “Store” and the site’s logo. Select this recipient.
  • Then, you can compose your message and send it directly to the site admin.
