Reviews
When you navigate to the Vendor Dashboard > Review page, you won’t find any reviews there. The only thing that you will see is the total number of approved reviews for your products.
Only an admin can approve and/or delete the reviews for any shop on the DIY Markt platform.
To view all the reviews for your shop, you need to go to your store’s homepage. There, in the panel under the banner, click on “Reviews”.
Note: Your store’s total score (indicated by stars) will be listed below your store name.
Clicking on “Reviews”, below will open a page with reviews for all products in your store.
Each review contains a rating, the customer’s name, and the date the review was published. To see which product has been reviewed, you need to click on the date.
After you click on the date of the review you want, that review will open on the product page where it was left.
